Wednesday, The New Home Company announced the grand opening of Emerson, their new townhome community in Santa Clara, CA.

Located off Saratoga Avenue at the Sam Tomas Expressway, Emerson is set to include 33 three-story townhomes that range from 1,454 to 1,907 square feet. All units will include three bedrooms and up to three full and two half baths. Prices range from the high $900,000s to low $1,000,000s.

The community doesn’t include many new amenities but its central location puts it within walking distance of Pruneridge Shopping Center, Pruneridge Golf Club, Santana Row, and Valley Fair Mall.

While New Home Company is holding a grand opening event the weekend of March 11, their pre-sale campaign has already generated several home sales. Initial move-ins are set to begin in the spring.
