A developer is planning to build new homes at WaterGrass, a master-planned community in Wesley Chapel near Tampa, per Builder Online

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Taylor Morrison is planning to build 33 new homes at WaterGrass. Per the developer’s website, the homes will range in size from 2,931 to 4,830 square feet, feature three to seven bedrooms and dens, have three to five bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Prices have not yet been announced.

Resort-style amenities at WaterGrass include a pool with splash zone and lap lanes, a six-lane junior Olympic pool, large covered lanai, private clubhouse with fitness center and separate children’s playroom, gathering room with TV, microwave and beverage fridge, catering kitchen, shaded playground with green space, tennis courts, and a half basketball court.

Located on Curley Road, the 998-acre WaterGrass was developed by Crown Community Development and has nearly 250 acres of preserved woods and wetlands.
