Builder Magazine reports that Harridge Development Group has purchased an 18-acre site just a half-mile away from the future location of the Hollywood Park NFL Stadium in Inglewood. The infill site, Grace Park, will feature 228 detached condos upon completion according to Curbed LA.

Grace Park is located between Prairie and Grace avenues and will be a gated community. The developer plans to have the homes move-in ready by the middle of 2019.

Harridge CEO David Schwartzmann told Builder what he thinks will make the project so appealing to potential residents:

"Our homes will be first on the market in an area that hasn't seen a significant residential development since 2005. Grace Park is in a central location served by mass transit near what will be the world's most expensive stadium complex. We looked at it as the perfect storm. A lot is changing in Inglewood, and we're in on the ground floor."

Along with being located close to the soon-to-be-home of the Chargers and Rams, Grace Park is also less than a mile away from the historic Forum entertainment venue on Manchester Boulevard. The community will be less than two miles from the Interstate 405 freeway, less than three miles from the Interstate 105 freeway, and four miles from the Interstate 110.

Los Angeles will also be adding a Metro light rail line nearby, to La Brea Avenue and Florence Avenue. A proposed Downtown Inglewood project would provide additional walking and transportation options to the area as well.
