On May 11, Pathfinder Partners broke ground on Paseo Village Townhomes, their $11 million residential project in the San Diego County community of Ramona.

When completed in spring 2018, the development located at Day and La Brea streets will include nine buildings with 31 total units. Homes will be built in a Craftsman style with pricing that begins in the low $400,000s.

According to Pathfinder, Paseo Village will be the first community to be developed under new Ramona Village Center guidelines that promote the region’s “rural character” while embracing new projects. The homes will be located directly across from a retail center that includes the Ramona Farmers Market, KMart, and other shops and restaurants.

Crowbar Construction is the general contractor on the project while Progressive Images is the architect.
