Pembroke Pines Townhouse Project Receives $12.95M Construction Loan
BBX Capital Real Estate will break ground on a new, 125-unit townhouse community in Pembroke Pines next month after receiving a $12.95 million construction loan, according to The Real Deal.
The townhouse community, called Chapel Grove, is a joint venture from BBX and homebuilder Label & Co. The two Fort Lauderdale-based companies acquired the 11-acre lot last year for $6.8 million. Located on NW Second Street between NW 209th and 210th avenues, Chapel Grove is the third townhome community project in Pembroke Pines for Label & Co.

The community will offer a range of townhome options and floorplans to buyers, including three-bedroom floorplans with 1,700 square feet and four-bedroom homes with 2,300 square feet. Both one- and two-car garages will be available along with amenities like a fitness center, basketball half-court, playground, and a resort-style pool and spa.
Prices for Chapel Grove will range from the mid-$300,000s to the low $400,000s, per The Real Deal.
BBX and Label & Co. have recently worked together on Centra Falls, another luxury townhome community in Pembroke Pines completed about a year ago. That property is currently about 86 percent sold, according to Label & Co. founder Harry Posin.
