Plans for Uptown Condo Building Tweaked Following Neighborhood Feedback
Plans for a new condo building in Uptown have undergone a few changes since first being announced, according to DNAinfo. The project, located at 4537-4545 N. Clark St., was first proposed as a five-story building with 24 condo units, but revised plans call for four stories and 18 condo units.
The Chicago residential project is being spearheaded by Longford Group and designed by Stoneberg and Gross Architects.
The latest renderings show the building featuring a rooftop deck, retail space on the first floor, and a total of 24 parking spots. The size of the condo building was reduced in response to suggestions from the local residents.
