San Francisco’s only private building located in a public park has a four-bedroom condo for sale inside.

Per Curbed SF, Unit 32 at 1925 Gough St. was put up for grabs earlier this month asking $4.495 million. The Townsend Group says the Pacific Heights condo includes four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-baths. Other features include formal dining rooms, a wine closet, and a service entrance. HOA dues will run you $1,961/month.

Originally built in 1908, the Beaux-Arts building was designed by C.A. Meussdorffer, a California architect and engineer. A famous architect of the era, Meussdorffer’s artistry can be seen in the ornate facade of the building.

Today, 1925 Gough St. is a privately owned co-op building that houses 15 units. It sits on the southeast side of Lafayette Park, a brisk walk away from tennis courts, picnic areas, and a playground.
