Harvard Investments created Cadence at Gateway as a new community across 464 acres in Mesa, Arizona's Gateway corridor. Now, they're entrusting Pulte Homes to create three new neighborhoods therein.

Plans call for Pulte to eventually build a total of 193 homes in The Estate (47 homes), Cactus (65), and Cyprus (81) neighborhoods. The homes will be a mix of one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,800 to 3,700 square feet. Fifteen of the floor plans will come with "innovative options." The Pulte neighborhoods will be near the southeast corner of Ellsworth and Ray Roads. No word yet on prices.

Pulte Homes/Cadence at Gateway

Cadence at Gateway is being built as an all-inclusive community full of family-friendly features and amenities. The heart of the community will be The Square, a campus-like space that includes a community center, tennis courts, a fitness center, sport fields, event areas, a dog park, and a cafe. The resort-style pools are just that, boasting two chute-style slides, fountains, a lap pool, a play pool, spa, fire pits and outdoor dining facilities.

Phase One of the community will also include three parks and 12 miles of trails and pathways. The Cyprus and Estate neighborhoods will border Trillium Park while the Cactus neighborhood will border Tupelo Park.
