Renovations Complete on Aderra Condos in Phoenix's Paradise Valley Village
Pathfinder Partners, a real estate investment firm out of San Diego, has announced that they have finished renovations on public gathering areas and four model units in Aderra Condominiums, located in the neighborhood of Paradise Valley Village in Phoenix, just north of Paradise Valley.
Buyers will be able to peruse the upgrades, which include new flooring and updated kitchen countertops, as well as the addition of modern elements such as subway tile backsplash, lighting, and new appliances. Bathrooms now include granite or quartz countertops, new fixtures, and updated lighting. The building’s community clubhouse, kitchen, and sales office have all been modernized as well.
The renovation of this eight-acre community is part of a larger surge in real estate success in the Phoenix region. As Lorne Polger, senior managing director of Pathfinder Partners, points out in the announcement, it’s among the “country’s top housing markets.” In the last 15 months, Pathfinder has already sold 19 homes and expects to add to that number with the new models now available to tour.
Aderra consists of 15, three-story buildings full of one- and two-bedroom condos that range between 811 and 1,284 square feet. As well as overlooking Stone Creek Golf Course, other amenities include underground parking, oversized pool, a private clubhouse, and a fitness center.
