A new, luxury community of 211 units has broken ground in Chandler, according to AZ Big Media. Multi-family housing mogul P.B. Bell and joint venture partner Gilbane Development Company, along with MT Builders, have broken ground on Arista within the Ocotillo master-planned community in Chandler, Arizona.

R. Chapin Bell, P.B. Bell’s CEO, told AZ Big Media that the neighborhood’s resort-style amenities are meant to “make residents feel as if every day is a vacation day.” The one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans will offer Santa Barbara-style exteriors with arched walkways. Stone countertops and sizeable kitchens inside will complement the large patios or balconies outside.

The luxury community also offers a pool with cabanas and fireplaces, a third-floor clubhouse, and community lounge. The prime location is near upscale dining and shopping and it offers lakefront views. Residents will be able to hit the links in the Ocotillo Golf Resort, which offers 27 holes of golf designed by course architect Ted Robinson.

While Arista will offer units as rentals, there are also various single-family home and condo communities located within Ocotillo, with many places available to buy now.

If all stays on pace, the first phase of Arista at Ocotillo is expected to be complete in November of 2018.
