The River North corner of Erie and Sedgwick is the site for a new development by Belgravia Group and GREC Architects called Three Sixty West. The 11-story building at 360 West Erie St. will be home to 38 three-bedroom units, all larger in size to accommodate the trend of families moving downtown.

The luxury condominiums feature in-unit amenities such as 10-foot ceilings, Italian kitchen details, private terraces, a laundry room, and expansive windows. Within the building, residents will have access to a rooftop lounge with sundeck, dog run, and fitness room.

The units range in price from $1.1 million to $1.8 million and the largest unit is 2,645 square feet. There are seven different floor plans that feature either two-and-one-half bathrooms or three bathrooms.

The first floor of the building is expected to house parking spaces instead of retail space, which would include 52 automobile parking spaces. There will also be 28 spaces for bike parking.

Developer Belgravia Group is seeking a minor zoning change for the project, from DX-5 to a Planned Development.

The sales center for Three Sixty West is currently open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. As reported by Curbed Chicago at the start of the year, the building is expected to be delivered by the third quarter of 2019.

In 2016, Belgravia Group was awarded the Developer of the Year title by Chicago Agent Magazine, beating out finalists CMK Companies and Related Midwest. The development team is behind a handful of residential properties in Chicago, including 600 and 530 N. Lake Shore Drive.
