Shea Homes Opening Five New San Diego Neighborhoods in April
Shea Homes is going all-in on San Diego County in April, introducing five new neighborhoods before the month is out.
Saturday, April 22, will see the grand openings for model homes for Lucent II at Civita in Mission Valley as well as Element and Z at Millenia in Chula Vista.
Lucent II is a luxury condo community consisting of multiple five-story buildings. Penthouse-style residences are described as “like a Manhattan loft on the edge of Central Park” and include wrap-around balconies. The two- to three-bedroom units start from $671,000 to $849,000.
Element at Millenia is another neighborhood consisting of 70 detached condos offering four floor plans that range from 1,619 to 2,242 square feet. The two- to four-bedroom units start from $476,000 to $531,000.
Z at Millenia includes 106 three-story row homes ranging from 1,288 to 1,495 square feet that also include a two-car garage. Prices on these two- to three-bedroom units start from $357,000 to $390,000.
On Saturday, April 29, Shea will also open the doors to models for Heritage Collection and The Estates at Canyon Grove in Escondido.
Heritage Collection includes 96 single-family homes with four floor plans ranging from 2,296 to 3,402 square feet. All homes comes with a three-car garage and range from three- to five-bedrooms. Prices start from $609,000 to $675,000.
The Estates at Canyon Grove will include 82 single-family homes with four different floor plans measuring 2,891 to 4,082 square feet. Ranging from three- to six-bedrooms, homes also include up to four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. Prices start from $665,000 to $765,000.
