Shea Homes created The Reserves in Gilbert, AZ to meet the soaring demand for single-story housing in the Phoenix area. Now that they’ve opened the doors to the new community, we’ve learned some more details about what else comes with these homes.

The 90 residences inside the community at 1670 E Gillcrest Road feature four distinct, single-level floor plans that range from 3,282 to 3,983 square feet and include three to five bedrooms as well as up to four-and-a-half bathrooms and four-car garages. Prices run from $499,990 to $542,990.

Shea is touting the updated wiring and panels they’ve installed in homes to make them Alexa-enabled if buyers decide to upgrade to the smart home package. Doing so will allow residents to control audio/visual equipment, lights, door locks, and temperature through the Alexa app. Control 4 technology, which provides even more advanced integration, is also available.

As for community amenities, residents get access to barbecue grills, picnic tables, and ramadas. Families and kids can stay active with the giant chess set, bocce ball, hopscotch court, and more.
