SoMa Residences Designed by Stanley Saitowitz Hit Market
Stanley Saitowitz is an influential Bay Area designer and architect known for machine-like architecture and design across the globe. His most recent work, a five-story mixed-use building dubbed Residences on Clara at 259 Clara Street in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood, is completed. As of this week, the eight condos inside are officially on the market.
The ground floor features office space and eight parking spaces in the rear while the two-bedroom residences are spread throughout the other four floors of this contemporary structure. Residents will enter through a sleek lobby with an intercom system and an elevator to take them to their unit or all the way up to the common roof deck.
Inside, units are spartan, sparse, and modern as you might expect, boasting wide plank white oak flooring, stainless Bosch appliances, Grohe fixtures, and tankless water heaters. Condos range in price from $999,999 to $1,299,000, which you probably also expected.
