Escape Homes a Wisconsin-based tiny house builder, hosted a pop-up for North Bay wildfire victims this past weekend. The showcase at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds offered discounts to families who lost their homes.

The pop up featured Escape Home’s Traveler XL model, which already survived the fires with little-to-no damage outside Santa Rosa, Curbed SF reports. The company also showed two other models — some of them can sleep up to eight people — for discounts between $9,000 and $18,700 off regular prices.

Sonoma and Santa Rosa counties both are offering waived or reduced fees for building secondary units on properties following the deadly fires.
