Taylor Morrison, a home builder headquartered in Scottsdale, recently started construction on The Cove at Pacifica San Juan, its newest collection of homes in San Juan Capistrano. The new project will add approximately 70 attached townhomes to the builder’s existing master plan at Pacifica San Juan, which currently consists of high-end collections including Belle Haven, Blue Harbor, and Crystal Downs North.

Taylor Morrison officials want prospective homeowners to take advantage of this opportunity to live luxuriously at a reasonable price. Unlike the other neighborhood developments at Pacifica San Juan, which start in the mid $1 millions, home prices at The Cove will begin in the low $700,000s.

The Cove collection will feature 70 two-story craftsman and American farmhouse-style homes with open floor plans ranging from 1,836 to 2,068 square feet. The residences will consist of three- to four-bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Homeowners will have access to amenities available within the master plan, such as its gardens, lookouts, open space, and equestrian trails.

San Juan Capistrano is close to several outdoor recreation areas as well as the reputable Capistrano Unified School District. An annual neighborhood tradition includes St. Joseph’s Day on March 19 in Mission, which welcomes the return of the area’s migratory swallows.

A model opening of The Cove will be Jan. 13th.
