Tennessee Street Condo Plans Under Review in San Francisco
On the corner of Mariposa and Tennessee Street in San Francisco sits a brown, square two-story building with big plans for a facelift.
Just south of Mission Bay, the Dogpatch development designed by Natoma Architects would become a six-story condo building with a ground-floor art studio, per SocketSite.
The proposal features 24 condos total: seven one-bedrooms, 16 two-bedrooms, and one three-bedroom. As for parking, there will be an underground garage with room for 17 cars and 36 bikes.
The 1,060-square-foot art studio on the ground floor serves as the building’s PDR (production, distribution, and repair) business requirement for the neighborhood and may be rented out separately.
Initial plans for 603 Tennessee St. have been approved and are now undergoing a streamlined environmental review. For now, the rendering shows a white and black modern facade of jutting window panels and perforated metalworks on the ground level.
