Each of the 66 three-story detached homes comes equipped with Apple’s standard HomeKit, which gives residents the convenience of controlling lights, Wi-Fi, thermostats, and locks using Apple’s home app. The app can be controlled by Siri on the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, or Apple TV.

The luxury single-family residences feature open floor plans that offer three to five bedrooms, and amenities such as private elevators, gourmet kitchens, master suites, spa retreats, spacious decks, and dressing rooms. Each home comes in contemporary architecture styles that incorporate elegant and comfortable interiors.

The high-tech homes will fit in seamlessly into Silicon Beach, which refers to the growing tech hub neighborhoods of Playa Vista, Playa Del Rey, Westchester, Santa Monica, and Venice. The influx of tech firms to the area is also starting to spread to Culver City and El Segundo.
