Following years of legal battles, the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is officially completed and open for business with a ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for Dec. 14, according to Curbed Miami.

The building’s lobby draws inspiration from a luxury yacht with curved walls and archways. Amenities include a vast Sky Deck with ocean views, a heated pool, spa, fitness center, seafood restaurant, and a gourmet marketplace. At 551 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, the beachfront property includes 290 suites varying from studios to one-bedrooms to three-bedroom penthouses. Residence prices range from $400,000 to more than $5 million; daily room rates start at $339.

In addition to its Fort Lauderdale location, Conrad Hotels & Resorts also owns the Conrad Miami in Brickell.
