Four homebuilders have purchased 324 lots in the 7,100-acre master-planned community Vistancia, per AZ Big Media.

David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Richmond American Homes, and William Ryan Homes will participate in the development of the master plan’s last 3,450 acres, located north of the Central Arizona Project (CAP) Canal between the White Peak and Twin Buttes mountains in the Village at Vistancia neighborhood of Peoria, Arizona.

David Weekley Homes purchased 74 lots, Gehan Homes purchased 84 lots, Richmond American purchased 79 lots, and William Ryan Homes purchased 87 lots. The purchase is Richmond American’s first foray into the community, while the other three builders all have existing homes on site already.

Life in Village at Vistancia comes with tons of amenities and activities for residents, including two recreation centers. The 15,000-square-foot Mountain Vista Club includes three pools with two waterslides, an indoor basketball gym, four tennis courts, and an event lawn. The Foothills Center features a six-lane lap pool, children’s playground, and picnic ramada. Residents can also use the 3.5-mile Discovery Trail that connects the community and includes a wildlife viewing area and solar garden.

This year marks the third consecutive year the community has ranked in the Top 20 U.S. master-planned communities by real estate consulting agency RCLCO. Currently, they sit at 17th in the nation with 274 sold homes in the first six months of the year.
