At first glance, the four-story, 37,000-square-foot mansion at 10711 Strait Lane in Dallas’ Preston Hollow enclave looks like the kind of place that could command a decent asking price.

It isn’t until you see the legitimate water park out back that you realize that, yes, this place can definitely ask for $32 million.

When we say water park, we don’t mean simply a fancy pool with a waterslide. We mean there is a for-real water park, including multiple slides, a large pool, swim-up tiki bar, and lazy river. It’s so big that anyone who comes over to your house should have to pay $20 and get a wristband. That’s especially true once you start thinking about the costs involved in keeping all that water flowing (and clean).

As you may imagine, an estate that comes with its own water park is also going to feature some other intriguing amenities. There’s two basketball courts—one outside and one inside—as well as a tennis court, movie theater, two-lane bowling alley, and virtual golf simulator. Keep an eye out for a secret passageway through a bookcase that leads down to the sizable wine cellar. Since a lot of friends and family are going to want to visit you here, it’s a good thing there’s a ten-car garage on the premises as well.

As for the house itself, there’s a whole lot of everything. Four dining areas, eight bedrooms, ten living areas, and 17 full bathrooms. Opulent would be a good adjective to throw around, especially in one of the master suites that features a spa bathroom with chandelier and a walk-in closet big enough to be its own apartment. In case you’re wondering how the place got so big, it’s actually two separate mansions that were combined in 2008.

Originally built in 2003 and designed by architect Robbie Fusch, the property has a colorful history related to owner Dr. Richard Malouf. Given everything that comes with the property, it’s probably going to have a colorful future ahead as well.
