The already-high Miami condo amenity ante has been upped.

Not satisfied with run-of-the-mill luxury condo amenities like sky lounges, concierge services, and infinity pools, Miami’s Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach will include—among a lengthy list of features—an indoor ice skating rink designed to look like an underwater cave, Curbed Miami reports.

This is the same $1.5 million development that recently released renderings of the building’s speakeasy as well as a lobby designed by Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld.

Other amenities at what looks like the world’s most luxurious arcade include a golf simulator, bowling alley, Formula One racing simulator, and a surfing simulator. It sounds a lot like the planned Miami Mega-Mall that will include an indoor ski park, except you can live in it.

Units at the Estates of Acqualina are on the high end, of course, will prices starting at $3.8 million. Construction is expected to start late this year.
