Designed by BDE Architecture, Trumark Urban’s new condo development Knox has officially opened in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood.

Located at 645 Texas Street, Knox offers a collection of modern one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 489 to 1,480 square feet. Units balance rustic and refined aesthetics, featuring Bosch appliances, hardwood flooring, and Nest thermostats. With 72 floor plans to choose from, residences in Knox are priced from $700,000.

Also included in the building is a 545 square-foot retail space on the ground floor, fitness center, outdoor movie wall, and community lounge. The complex is full of sustainable features as well, including a courtyard with butterfly habitat, electric vehicle charging station, two City CarShare spaces, a green roof, and water-sensitive landscaping with native plants.

The building’s look and feel is designed to integrate directly into Potrero Hill’s artistic sensibilities. Handcrafted natural elements and locally commissioned public art have been used throughout. Pedestrian and landscaping improvements out front also help tie the new complex into the community.

If pre-sale registration is any indication, Knox is going to be a popular new addition to the neighborhood. The building is already 20 percent sold.
