Historic Wickenburg Ranch has recently announced that they have picked builders to bring 62 semi-custom homes to the Wickenburg, Arizona community. 

CSE & Associates and Mandalay Homes will partner on the homes across a 55-acre community that will be known as Outlaw, with each builder constructing 31 residences. Homes will be built on large, private lots that range between 10,000 and 45,000 square feet. The houses will share many of the same design options, including RV garages. 

CSE & Associates will offer four floorplans ranging between 2,900 and 3,600 square feet, including an option for a detached guest house ranging from 400 to 700 square feet. Three- to four-car garages and functional space will reflect the “roomy lifestyle” goal of the community. Spec homes will begin in November with model homes expected to open in May 2018. 

Mandalay Homes will offer three floorplans ranging between 2,400 and 3,600 square feet. Homes will be eco-friendly and built to meet a 20 HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score. Designed to maximize indoor and outdoor space, “interactive floor plans” will allow for buyers to customize their experience. Spec homes will begin in October and model homes are expected to open in February 2018. 

This new neighborhood will join the luxury community that Shea Homes has already completed in Wickenburg Ranch. All neighborhoods will have access to the five-star resort club, golf course, and on-site Discovery Center.
