Litchfield Park isn’t a large town. Measuring just 3.32 square miles with under 6,000 people, it definitely earns its small-town feel. But don’t let those small numbers fool you. The town is bursting with big city amenities, has a robust commitment to the community, and prides itself on their commitment to the arts.

Considered an affluent area with a median income of $73,996 and median home value of $336,100, this town is home to many luxury communities and neighborhoods. A magnet for young families due to their impressive high school graduation rate (96 percent), the town of Litchfield Park has also made several lists as being one of the best places to live in Arizona. Per Titan Alarm, Litchfield is a “fantastic place to raise a family” with a crime rate 81 percent lower than the rest of the state.

Young professionals also appreciate job opportunities here, as it was No. 1 for the Best Place For Jobs In Arizona in 2017 by Zippia. Not be be left out, retirees can get their fill of outdoor activities like at the Falcon Golf Course or Wigwam Resort’s Blue, Red, or Gold courses.
