Developers have officially broken ground on Arbor Parc, a 500-unit single-family and townhouse development in Riviera Beach, per Builder Online.

The project is being developed by Miami-based 13th Floor Homes in partnership with Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Developers. There will be six models for the single-family homes ranging from 1,558 to 2,086 square feet, and featuring three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, and one- or two-car garages. With prices starting at $281,900, the developers are targeting the market for affordably priced new construction. The median price of a single-family home in Palm Beach County is approximately $340,000.

Each model will be available at several elevations, featuring contemporary exterior details such as brick facades and wooden shutters. Interior features include granite countertops, designer wood cabinetry, porcelain tile floors, recessed lighting, and high ceilings. Located just west of I-95, the project is located on a 69-acre site that includes a 10-acre lake, three acres of green spaces, and a mile-and-a-half of dedicated bicycle paths.

Other residential developments by 13th Floor Homes include Hidden Trails, Manor Parc, and Central Parc in Tamarac.
