When finished, it will feature 63,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space, including a 6,000-square-feet green rooftop with a paseo and a landscaped terrace with outdoor seating. It will have 300 feet of frontage on Northwest Second Avenue. The project is expected to be completed November 2018.

The Wynwood Art District is home to over 70 galleries, museums, and collections. It is roughly bounded by North 36th Street, North 20th Street, Interstate 95, and Northeast First Avenue. The neighborhood hosts a community art walk the second Saturday of each month. Galleries, art studios, alternative spaces, and showrooms open their doors to the public for art, music, and refreshments.
