Miami's Wynwood neighborhood has become a magnet for artists and hip young professionals, but developers have also taken notice of this burgeoning neighborhood. One of the biggest projects headed to the neighborhood is Wynwood Park, a mixed-use development bringing retail and an acre of green space to the neighborhood.

A 40,000 square-foot retail development, with a facade emulating the murals of the nearby Wynwood Walls, will surround a courtyard that leads to a second-story park by way of a grand staircase. MKDA Architecture is designing the project.

The park will offer a respite in the bustling neighborhood that, while packed with culture, lacks in green space. To see more renderings of the project, which were unveiled last week, head on over to Curbed Miami.
