Bloomfield Commons

The apt is nice. Has many things going for it but kitchen & bath needs updating. Trees are too tall and outside lighting is poor so it's very dark outside at night. Better care is given to the grounds in certain sections. Need curb cutout leading into certain buildings. Garbage disposal is tricky. The nearest one is for use by certain apts. Others are made to use one twice as far away. Strange. Basically quiet, nice place to live if you have the right neighbors. Lots of overhead noise. Summary: Need for curb cut and concrete path leading right to building entrance, install more outdoors lighting, more convenience garbage disposals, trim trees especially those over parked cars.
