We love our new ranch home and the people in the community are very, very nice. The location is perfect as it is near our grandchildren and it is near all the major shopping malls, restaurants and Einstein Hospital. We are very we moved here.
This is a great community for anyone close to retirement. I have lived here almost 3 years and wish I would have moved here several years ago. The process is long but we were able to customize and are pleased with the outcome!

We have purchased in the second phase of construction and have lived here for close to three years. We have a wonderful repoire with our neighbors and love our home, the upgrades we chose and the lot we picked. I can't recommend this place enough.
