Boulevard Manor

Boulevard Manor is a neighborhood in Cicero, situated in the southwest corner of the community and bordered by Ogden to the north and Pershing to the south. Boulevard Manor is home to Manor Park, Kolar Park, and a handful of nearby retail, dining, and entertainment options. Hawthorne Race Course and Cicero Community Park are located just east of this neighborhood, and both Abe Lincoln Elementary School and Pershing Elementary School are within walking distance of Boulevard Manor homes. West 35th Street and South Austin Boulevard intersect Boulevard Manor and are home to numerous bus stations, and the Lavergne train station is just northwest of the neighborhood.
