Lived here for 4 years and moved out this spring. The community isn't as good as it used to be. The HOA fees are high, yet I don't know where the money goes but it definitely isn't going towards having stuff repaired around here. The landscapers we pay for are alright, but they usually end up blowing leaves into the backyards, dust onto cars, and hiding the trash in bushes. Another thing that bothers me is the neighborhood kids. Parents here don't know how to discipline their kids so we have little ones running around the street, getting into cars ways without moving, and playing on the street which is meant for cars, not children. A group of them were jumping on my patio wall and I told them to get off nicely but they yelled "You're not our parents!" and I immediately went to their parents to tell them to keep their kids under control while getting a reply like "Don't tell me how to raise my kids." I'd also say to be careful with the parking here, since almost everyone uses their garage to hold their junk so if you plan on having visitors better reserve a spot for them. Also be careful with the plumbing, they used some cheap Chinese pipes and they've begun to fail and almost every house had to get their pipes fixed. Only reason why I'm giving a 2 star is because it's a safe area, and the schools are nice, otherwise it's just over glorified mediocre town homes.
