Breezewood Village Condominiums

This is an attractive, well maintained 55+ community located within walking distance of several shopping centers, restaurants, a hospital, several medical office centers and a bus route with connections to the Sun Rail service. The units are single story; therefore, no steps and rooms are quite large with ample storage space. Each unit has a Florida room connecting the living room and kitchen. Despite being surrounded by shops and restaurants, the community has a very quiet park-like appearance. I had been looking for a retirement home for over 10 years and never could find anything which checked all the boxes. I kept telling Realtors that I was looking for something like Breezewood Village, which I had looked at prior to the 2008 housing slump, until I asked my self why I was wasting my time looking elsewhere when I could move to Breezewood. Just one caution, the units sell very quickly, as I found when I decided to move here and missed out on three through procrastination.
