Terrible HOA

High Cost of HOA and nothing to show for it. The landscaping is terrible. The paint on the buildings is faded The asphalt t is discolored and patchy (old repairs) The red curbs are not clearly marked The designated parking spaces are not clearly marked There is no HANDICAP ACCESS. And, beware many of the units (mine included) are/did experiencing major plumbing issues.
