Infested with Roaches

The development presents well, however they have a “Bug Problem!” I wouldn’t suggest purchasing here, without a thorough INVESTIGATION. The location is well-situated, however we’re leaving once our lease is up, I’m glad we didn’t purchase a “Townhouse/Condo.” The other negative, there are Drug-Bust within the community as well, Check The News for that! The HOA Fees aren’t worth the headache, a resident had Confederate Flags for months, they were removed after some Well-Off Non-Whites moved in though. I wouldn’t recommend the neighborhood, based upon their Pest Issue!
