Location, Location, Location!
I have come to know the neighborhood through frequent visits over the past thirty years. A short distance from downtown Naperville puts you close to the action but removed from the "downtowieness". Easy access to I-88. Chicago commuters will find the train station on rt. 59 a blessing. Residents love the nearby great schools. Some churches are within walking distance. Very close to a beautiful bike path. Optional pool and tennis membership located in the subdivision. Optional participation in the HOA. For about $40 a year you can be a member of this fantastic HOA. Brookdale has to be one of the best places in the country to raise kids and many have found when you grow older you still love the neighborhood. Five stars for sure.
