Friendly, well kept neighborhood with two pools, jacuzzi, clubhouse, tennis courts etc. Close to many amenities including Whole Foods, Panera and Publix. Very walkable. We love it here.

Great neighborhood and place to live!! Friendly community, with wonderful friendly and caring neighbors and residents. So close to everything, Whole Foods, Bell Tower Shops, Route 75, RSW Airport and more, and the lowest HOA Fees in the Daniels corridor at only $85 a month (or $250 a quarter), And now with the Whole Foods & Mellow Mushroom Pizza right here within walking distance of Brookshire its amazing. No to mention the major renovations to the Club House, Pools, amenities, and common areas its the best bargain in Daniels corridor South Fort Myers. Yes I agree there were issues with the board 1-2 years ago, but that's all changed for the better. I did something about it, I joined the board, got involved and helped enact and create changes and address resolve issues that were brought up by residents like the lawn letters , as well as a full remodel of both pools , the clubhouse and more to make this community even better

The HOA is awful. They nit-pick the residents and sent out letters frequently. I received a letter and threat of a fine because I did not have numbers on both sides of my mail box. The rule book is very lengthy! Work out room has 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and about 5 pieces of equipment. Pool is plain and basic but heated.
