Previous post is correct, I've seen several dirt bikes and vehicles fly through the neighborhood, not good if you have a family.

No vehicles speed limit signs in community. No lighting at community entrance, area is very dark. Trees left on side of new roads being built (eyesore). ATVs ride through community at all hours of the day.
