Taylor (Bertha) Elementary School

Our daughter is currently in 2nd grade. All of her teachers so far have been great. The principal, school and district are working hard to continually improve student engagement and learning. I participate in the School Site Council, which is a group of parents and teachers, that meets periodically to review the school's budget and learning programs. This gives me an intimate view on what the school does on a day-to-day basis. We have a new principal this year who is amazing but the old principal was equally amazing. I don't want to discount those that posted negative things about school but in life, there are always a few that view things differently (think about your favorite restaurant where you always get great service and food). I'd consider the vast majority of reviews that are very positive, not to mention the silent majority who do not review because they are happy.

my kids really like this school, and have had great teachers. There is good community involvement with the parents.

Two kids attended this school for 6 years. No complaints- very adequate environment.

Wonderful all three of my children are thiriving here.
