Do not take your child to this school, education is bad teachers do not care, the security is a joke and the staff is incompetent to say the least. BAD SCHOOL nothing but little wanna be gangbangers and bad little kids. On a scale of one to ten I'd rate this school a -8. If you value your kids and their education DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO FREMONT LOPEZ ! If you live in that area It is worth it for u and them to drive them to try for an inner district transfer using a relatives address and have them go to ANY OTHER SCHOOL BUT FREMONT LOPEZ waste of time and your child /children will not excel at anything but becoming ghetto! The teachers are like they're fresh out of grade school themselves they don't challenge the kids they more pacify them than anything. They don't care about issues even though they may say they do! Try dealing with their rude staff! It's ridiculous!! They act like they're too good or too high and mighty! Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this joke of a school! It would be better for everyone if they fired all the staff and tore that sorry excuse for a learning establishment down to the ground!

This school is so bad the security seems to always have their hands full. The children were given an extra hour because of the poor performance. The teachers are great and have to deal with a load of behavioral problems in the class. Instead of suspending or expelling these trouble makers, the high ups send them to rm #66 where after doing none of the work the teacher gives them, they sit around talking to their friends, and playing games. I have been told this by countless numbers of students and parents. Most of these kids know they can get away with it, due to the fact that their parents speak a different language, and those parents rarely update their phone numbers.

After involvement with several other elementary schools in Stockton, Fremont was a welcome upgrade. Very good teachers.
