Cabana Bay Village

I have been living in CBV for almost two years now. I own my lace and never had any issues. It is very quite and no disturbance. Its walk distance from the beach and downtown LBTS.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors talk through the walls, you can hear them shower, you can hear them use the bathroom, if anybody walks around in high heels reverberates through the whole building. Wanted to move out within days of moving in and still trying but landlord insists on continuing lease. Constant squabbles with neighbors over noise including someone apparently manufacturing things in their garage, and appropriation of property which the board and management co have at least tried to address. Especially don't buy or move in if you don't want your master bedroom over three noisy garage doors that some residents use not even for their cars but as easy entrance and exit of their apt including at all hours between midnight and 5 a.m.
