Dimond in the ruff

This condominium is truly a lucky charm. it sits on a beautiful piece of realistate and is extremely attained. a quite building with beautiful gardens and well manicured landscape. open air lobby and exterior catwalks where each unit has a private entrance although the building has the cateratoristics of the old Florida buildings it has truly kept its charm through constraint matience making the building so special. some of it amazing charm to this day is that this building is still run by its residents keeping the modern day politics from destroying its beauty. as it graces through time it just stands alone as strong as the day it was built. much credit must be given to its residents and their board for keeping the little charm old Florida still has left,,,

This 44 unit building is Florida at its best, Onebof south Florida’s very few self managed building which is almost unheard in today’s day and age, well kept and maintained .all units have waterfront view as they are on a natural waterway known as middle river.as new construction pops up. Around them they have remained on an average cheaper private residence to live. Comparing todays rental costs ownership Seems the way to go here, . Quarterly Association fees still remain the lowest around..steps from Wilton manors,10 minuite ride to ocean beaches and 5 min ride to down town Fort Lauderdale s las .. A ,quite working class building kept from the over developed , hustle and bustle of today’s world, it is proved to a Diamond in the rough. So If you have to you have the opportunity to check it out I recommend you do and if luck is On your side maybe the chance of living there will be in the cards for you..
