Camino Del Sol

This is my second and possibly final year here. We have had hoa change their bird feeder allowances since moving in, to zero tolerance on all feeders except for hummingbirds. The complex, after having invested in a zero emissions vehicle, will not allow us to use garage door opener outlet for recharging. No options, just a notice from the board that it is not alowed. Very nosey and oppinionated residents. Some walk around just to monitor other tenants.
