Convenient and affordable location in Charleston area

We moved from Mt. Pleasant to The Coves section of Cane Bay last year from Mt. Pleasant. While we loved Mt. Pleasant, the prices for new construction were just too high or put you too far out in Mt. Pleasant. Building in Cane Bay Plantation really allowed our dollar to go farther. We built a beautiful home on a lake and didn't compromise on our option selection. Cane Bay has the ultimate convenience of having an elementary, middle and high school all within the neighborhood. A new YMCA is set to open in the neighborhood this fall and a beautiful and convenient shopping center is located at the front of the neighborhood. We love our new home and life in Cane Bay!
