Cantamia

We really enjoy it here. We looked at several other communities in the Goodyear and Buckeye areas. What we liked the best about CantaMia is the fact it is gated. We didn't say Fort Knox but there is definitely sense of security we didn't see at other communities. We enjoy the quietness and peacefulness of being at the "end of the road". We love all the amenities that are available from the pools, art studio, billiards, pickleball and many more. Our neighbors are fantastic.

Nice community but too many rules.

The people are wonderful and the amenities are exactly what we were looking for but the management company and the builders do not listen to it respect the residents after they purchase and move in. The community manager treats residents like second class citizens and have no interest in listening to homeowners . They have a resident advisory committee with no voteing power or say so. They refuse to meet with resident and the manager has such poor leadership skills that we have a very high turnover of staff. There are better places to live. fortunately the residents are amazing and it's easy to make friends. Arbitrary rules designed by the HOA are not for the benefit of the community or the residents. Just got the HOA. Plus the reserve account is very dangerously low.

Would give it a 5 star if it would not be for the HOA manager without any people or customer service skills and bad manors. Other than that best place to live 👍😀
