Old floorplans, cheap construction, horrible landscaping
For a million plus Home in a neighborhood, I would expect more than a 15 year old redesign floorplan. Materials used in homes are subpar. Landscaping around community, especially along the entrance was cheaply done. No Sod beyond the front entrance down Hemby Rd, just weeds. No gated entrance for over a million dollar Home? Someone is trying to put one over on the homebuyer here. Horrible.
