Have had homes built before but this one has been the best quality by far. Builder is exceptional at taking care of any follow up issues which are very few. The layout of the neighborhood is very tastefully and the clubhouse has everything you need. This is the best keep secret on the west shore. PERIOD

Well, we moved to Carmella almost six months ago from the east shore. A certain upgrade from our previous location but we never knew how much we were missing. The area is full of restaurants and entertainment and the travel is minimal. The neighborhood is wonderful. People are friendly, interesting, and very accomadating. We built the Freemont model and couldn't be more pleased. The builder has been resonsive to our needs and concerns which have been few to none. This is truly a wonderful neighborhood that allows privacy or involvement...your choice.

Carmella is a wonderful neighborhood. We've lived here almost two years and love it. The builder is great and is well known in the area for building true quality homes. Having a well built home was most important to us, even over having a nice clubhouse and all those "extras". Here we have everything, a beautiful, quality built home, a great clubhouse and all in the perfect location. We love it!
