Awesome Place To Live
Hey everyone!
We just purchased and the community is wonderful. We have met many nice people and the homes are gorgeous.
Homes start in the 570’s and have all the amenities. In fact, every home in this community has at least 1 security camera on their home as they come with that, along with many other tech-y stuff.
Very safe neighborhood which gets patrolled a decent amount. Lots of people out bicycling, walking, running etc. Many things to do nearby and many restaurants close by.
Very happy
Awesome Community
Carneros Ranch which is located off of Lakeline Blvd is a wonderful community.
The homes start at 570,000 and the people all seem to be nice and can often be seen walking and bike riding through the subdivision.
There are many nice places to eat nearby and 183 is just down the road for easy access to everything else, including Austin.
We are on a waiting list to purchase our new home and can’t wait.
Almost Perfect
This will be I hope a helpful review.
Carneros Ranch is a very nice community and the people we have met so far are also very nice and friendly.
The homes are well kept and the floor plans are nicely laid out.
The area is super quiet and as others have said it is a nice pocket community.
This is a wonderful place to live and super close to all the amenities one needs.
Superb
This is a very pretty and quiet community. The prices start at 315,000 and the homes are nicely laid out and full of tech. As with any home though expect to pay another 20K at the very least to get the upgrades everyone always wants and needs.
I too would like to see the front entrance property behind the homes on Tinto to be a park, that would certainly be the finishing touch. Also, a few nice red rocks placed around would be good too
The community is close to lots of places to eat and shop and has easy access to 183. There is a great pool and a fantastic guest/clubhouse.
