A quality neighborhood that's growing!!
I love this community, I've been a resident of Carnes since 2017, and we have really enjoyed the friends, the green barn events and the trails to walk/jog around. My kids have been able to find other kids their age as well to make friends. Being so close to downtown charleston but not having to deal with the hurricanes and flooding makes this a convenient location to get pretty much anywhere around the area in about 30 minutes!
