Carroll Vista

My husband and I are very pleased with Carroll Vista. We've lived here for 3 years and every aspect has been above our expectations. We've always wanted to travel more and the travel club here is very active so we've been on some amazing trips all across the country and abroad too! The clubhouse is beautiful and the community is very well maintained. People in our small community really care about their homes and curb appeal. We also have an indoor driving range set-up and a short little 4-hole golf course. I easily got addicted to golf so I finally enjoy being out on the links more with my husband!

This community of 400+ homes is a perfect fit for us. Friendly welcoming people and numerous activities, from cards, games, golf, bowling, pickle ball, to local and distant travel opportunities have made our introduction to the Active 55+ life here a pleasure! Upcoming trips include the Canadian Rockies, a trip to D.C. & a dude ranch. Events are also planned for socializing in and around the clubhouse: 4th of July party, poolside luau, and the list goes on. We are "in the country" here, but Baltimore & Washington D.C. is not far away.

Great clubhouse with lots of activities. Del Webb built most of the homes with a small builder finishing out the final phase.
